Hi, I have just signed up. I live in Finland and and my favourite bike is BSA. I bought my first Triumph in 1974 and have owned bikes since then. I have had BSAs since 1986, first was B33 1958 but I like twins also. I will send more information and photos soon.

Hi, here is my A7 1961. It was imported from Pakistan ten years ago and I bought it last year. I have not started to restore it yet because I am working with 1958 Super Rocket now. It is still in baskets but I hope I can ride on it next year.

Hi, in these pictures is my 1960 GF. I restored it last year, bought it from Sweden in 2010. It was a basket case then.

G'day BVSR, welcome to the forum. Looks like you've been bitten by the bug well and truely Dare say you'll be telling us a thing or two. The GF looks great but I like the patina of the A7 and would leave it as is, just tuned. Cheers

Thanks guys. Here is my 1961 GF with Briggs sidecar. It is very useful when I make picnics with my wife. There is a lot of room inside to take tent, bags, footstools, table, beers etc (see pic 4). I bought the sidecar from Netley March in 2000 and the bike a year later from Richard Gaunt of D.R. Classic Motorcycles Ltd. The sidecar is as it was but I made a complete restoration to the bike then. Markku

Hello again. This is my 1959 Big Valve Super Rocket U.S. model. It Was also a basket case when I bought it. I rode it about 1000 miles last summer and it is very handy to ride.

Hello BVSR Welcome to the board! Wow what a beautiful job on your restorations. I love the 59 SR i am planning to restore mine to that spec. That blue on the tank is fantastic! That side car unit is really cool. It must be a hand full to ride. Thanks for sharing the pics I would love to see more. Jeff

Hello again, Here are some pics of my 1963 SR U.S. model. It was a pile of parts when I bought it from Denmark in 2005. I restored this, 1959 SR and 1960 GF as "serial production" like T-Fords and got them registered in last summer. Markku

Hi Markku... That is one very serious long list of BSA's that you have there! Wow! I also had a Briggs sidecar but got rid of it as we found it hard to get in and out of it, it is also a very heavy hack. I sold it on and got an Avon Canterbury sport. More here about the Briggs. http://www.ljswain.btinternet.co.uk/sidecar.htm

Somewhere between a list of Markku's BSA's and a museum inventory.
