HI.  I'm a new member stumbling around try to figure out how to post.  Are all 1952 A10s a Golden Flash or were there other models that year?  If so, how can I tell which model mine is using frame/engine numbers?  Thanks so much,  Bill

Hi Bill, welcome to the forum.
The info you need is on the owners club website.
www.bsaownersclub.co.uk. click on 'Machine Registering and Dating'
then click on 'Year Listing'. Should bring up what you need.
Cheers.

Hey, thanks for both of you responding so fast!   Don't roll your eyes, but my 52 A10 is currently a high quality "Bobber".  I know that sounds like an oxymoron, but it is a really hot looking ride.  I've always thought the A10 was about the best looking engine ever made and when I saw this one I had to have it.  It has a "Road Rocket" decal under the clear coat and plan to change it if it started off as a Golden Flash, or some other model.  My current other rides include a 1977 Silver Jubilee Bonneville, a 2008 Triumph T-100, a 1973 Kawasaki 900 Z-1, a 2003 1200 Harley Sportster and a 2004 Harley fatboy.  The Kawasaki I bought new in 1973 and was the first ever sold here in Tucson Arizona.  Thanks agsin for the info.  I plan to go straight there next.  All the best,  Bill

There are surely more than enough std A10 BSAs out there. If you have a good looking bobber, particularly if it was done 'in period' then stick to it.
