Rigid 1948 YA7 top and bottom rear chainguards

Hi all, I am desperately chasing  top and bottom rear chainguards for 1948 YA7 rigid frame bike.  I have emailed Dragonfly and a number of companies but no luck.
Is anyone reproducing them does anyone know? I know plunger type are readily available.
If not can some nice person send me some pics and dimensions so I can make them. I have the parts list pics but they are not real helpful.

I have pretty much the rest of the bike, I also need YA7 crankcases.
