The husband has been arrested and charged, his court appearance is in febuarary, the funeral was nice, not a sad one as she was a punk and everyone came in Dr Martens, ben sherman and jeans  smile

As for the bike, the wheels are back looking amazing, tyres fitted and brake plates on, the rear sprocket is painted and fitted, the rear mudguard is on and all the rear light assembly is finished and just has to be fitted. Its the most expensive part of the build at the moment, wheels and tyres and all the little odds and ends that need purchasing for it to be finished. Were hoping to have it nearly finished by Christmas if not early January, then its MOT time and I need to pas smy big bike test and me and dad can go cruising  smile

Im limited to 33hp once ive passed so I can only ride the A7ss as the A10 has 35hp lol but im not complaining  smile

No pictures im afraid as it doesnt look much different  smile Just been sorting out all the little odds and ends for it

We would like to get ourselves and M20 or M21 as our next project, its summin about them that I love :)

Arghh, the dreadful "this image has been moved\deleted\not found etc" syndrome. Lukey, any chances of fixing this ? Updating links if you have changed image host, or upload pictures as forum attachment, not using external hosting.

As it is the whole topic gets meaningless. sad2

Thanks

all sorted know sir  smile I had a clear up in my photobucket account and put things in folders so they all dissapeared on the the forum, so apologies ladies and gents

I stripped the gearbox today as dad doesnt like them, and all is okay, nothing worn, so replaced the seals and the jobs a goodun  smile its all polished aswell

So the light is at the end of the tunnel  smile

Ive been trying to get a choke lever that fits to the frame, its a larger diameter to fit round the frame tube, but having no luck so we have ordered one for the handlebars

Will try and update pictures when I take some  smile Nothings really changed on it as we have been busy with other bits and pieces

My MZ has been playing up and is generally getting old so I have had in the workshop to spruce it up ready for next years commuting  smile

Dont laugh haha ( i know you really are) A friend of mine said to me, you dont want a bantam get an MZ they are reliable and go like stink. they were right about the stick part but reliable  eek but I have racked up 3000 miles on it even though half of those were pushing it haha. I just get old the old bantam, tickle the carb, 2 kicks and its away  smile smile It shakes the bones and its very slow but still brings a smile to my face everytime I take it out  smile

Had the same trouble with the air lever Lukey, you can get 1" ones though, I got one and filed it until it fit the frame, not elegant but works - sort of, I have now found that the alloy head leaves less room for the cables exiting the top of the carb so a handlebar lever might have been better as the cable would have a gentler turn out of the carb as it ran back UP the frame,
Glad your making progress though well done

Many Thanks for all the comments, We have been working on the bike even more, we used an old gearbox adjusting bolt and it looked naff so we bought a new one, anyway this meant we had to take the clutch and casing off so we took the oppurtunity to fit a Bob Newby Belt Drive clutch  too  smile

Absolutely brilliant  smile

Havent got pictures of it completed unfortunately but it was a dream to fit, didn't take long at all  smile

Half Fitted

Wont be long before its MOT'd  smile smile
