Hi again everyone I have not done much posting since last year as I sold my baby then and I am quite upset to see her back on the market, obviously unloved, how could anyone put ace bars on that? I notice he has only shown pics with clip ons. Ebay item no  290454580880 if I had the money I would buy her back there is not an inch of that bike I have not been intimate with. If anyone on the forum buys the bike please let me know or also a buyer may appear who is not a member but will probably join if he has bought it someone please ask him to make contact thanks Chris

Chris,
A real beauty, I guess it must have been a very hard decision to sell her.
If I had a) the money and b) no Matchie twin to rebuild (which causes precondition a), I would really consider travelling to Kent with a trailer.

I have however passed the link on to some friends, maybe we can find a good new home for her here in Austria.  smile

I know how you feel. About 20 years ago I sold my much loved Rhonda Whore to a friend.2 years later I bought it back.
She's a real beauty, are those photos in the add yours ? Sell one of the kids, or put the missus to work.

Hi again everyone she went back on eBay last week and sold for £4900.00 if a member here has bought her please let me know who you are as I said I know every inch of that bike intimately and would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about her the only work the owner on eBay has done is replace the dynamo and put those disgusting ace bars on her and removed the clip ons, if it is not a member who has bought her I am sure he will soon be making his self known and will probably join, who wouldn't it does not cost anything and lots to be gained thanks Chris

Welcome to the forum Dave! Chris will be so happy with this news, and with there being no relation to Chris... I think you've got a GOOD bike there.

Pssst. and get rid of those Ace bars before he logs in! ;-)

Hi again everyone Dave phoned me last night and made his self known he sounds a genuine man who had turned down offers of various Japanese sewing machines {it was bought as a present by family} god I wish I had family like that. Anyway I am sure he appreciates the time blood sweat and tears I put into it and thank god he is going to replace the clip-ons I am sure it will be appreciated for what it is Chris
