Hi Guys,
Anyone know someone in Australia who overhauls magnetos? I'm thinking as the bike is awaiting stuff I could get it done.

Dave Robertson, in Adelaide.

First class job, in quick time.
Colin Tie uses him as well; Colin will be able to give you his contact details.

Hi Fellas,
Sent both the Mag and the dynamo to Peter Scott. Wow, talk about great service. Posted them last friday, called him yesterday to make sure they had arrived (did it registered) and he told me they were both done, told me what he replaced, and they were on their way back!, very impressed to say the least. Hoping to get them today.
Thanks for your help.
So, now the head is done and on, fit the Mag and Dynamo, new Carb to be fitted, oh, and I bought a belt drive for the dynamo from SRM, looks easy enough for even me to fit. The tank is off being repaired (dented in shipping from the UK), thats not too far away. Then I need to get someone to check it over (just incase I have really stuffed something up) then its ready to go.All you lot are miles away I suppose.

G'day Mark,
You won't be disappointed, Peter does a great job. Had my dynamo done 18 years ago, still going strong.
