I recently went for a ride with a friend on some pretty rough tracks. It showed up my inadequecies as a rider but the bike was quite competent.
Must try harder next time.

That looks good fun, two great bikes for blatting down dirt tracks on! It reminds me of a tv programme that was shown in southern england a few years ago which was three or four people riding brit bikes along the ancient ridgeway tracks which are still rights of ways (byways). Each week was a different bit of ridgeway, and a different selection of old bikes, the most memorable being the Golden Flash ridden by the presenter Nick Knowles.
