Hi, I'm new here, but I don't know why I haven't been here in the past. Anyway, I have a '54 plunger:

Which I restored a few years ago, and have finally turned into a reliable starter after a few years of benign neglect as my plate is full of projects. I have a web site about its restoration at http://www.bsagoldenflash.com . In any case, I'm looking forward to hanging out here on occasion and undoubtedly asking plenty of stupid questions!

Thanks for the warm welcome. I suspect you may have seen my bike on facebook, I'm not shy about showing it off--given that I have about ten in-progress restorations and one (the A10) finished!

I did a nice job, but it is almost ten years now and the bike is definitely flattered in photos. That said, it's still a handsome machine and attracts a decent crowd wherever I go, I'm sure you're all familiar with that. I'm finally (!) getting some sorting done that I should have tackled years ago.

Roger,

I'd seen your site before I even got my A10.  Now I have one just like yours...well, maybe not quite as nice.  Welcome.

Nice work Roger ....she's a beauty  ex

I sail past Whidby Island on a regular basis and I had no idea that your great looking A10 was nestled in there amongst the arbutus.
