with the piled arms on not a bad price 20 pounds

It is so funny that you have just posted this picture. Just this morning I was thinking of asking if that upper tab with its downfacing point was for a pump. Really, it's hard to believe the coincidence, considering that we have never, in my recollection, discussed the hand pumps.
